Having spent most of my working life as a nursery nurse, I always intended when I reached fifty to do other work. So in my mid forties I trained in Relaxation and Meditation Therapies and following the success of these two therapies I wanted to extend the services I could offer and so I enrolled with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy with whom I gained my Certificate I am now affiliated to the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Hypnosis is a natural, effective way of making contact with the inner (unconscious) self, a source of many of our problems as well as a tremendous reservoir of unrecognised potential strength and knowledge, i.e. the forgotten assets.

  • Yes you may sleep better and feel more confident about everything
• Am I in control?
  • You will hear everything which is being said, but you do not need to listen. Everything you wish to take on board you will.
• Can anyone be hypnotised?
  • Yes, but only if they want to be. Nobody can be hypnotised against his or her will, and even when hypnotised you can reject any of the suggestions given if not appropriate.
• How does it feel?
  • Different for everyone, but always pleasant.
• How many sessions will I need?
  • It is difficult to give an exact number as each person is unique. Also it depends on the length of time the problem has existed.
• How much does it cost?
  • £45.00 per hour long session
  • £95.00 for Stop smoking this is a one off session and takes about an hour and a half.
